"Was not happy there was an additional $10 fee for admin when we got there. But later when I checked my bill that $10 was reflected there. So that made me feel better. The man who checked us in, not very welcoming. This room was NOT a $200 a night room. The bed was so close to the bathroom you couldn’t open the door. The soap smells AWFUL, there was NO smoke alarm, room was REALLY tiny. Beds were ok. Pillows flat & hard. Was good enough for a one night stay I guess."

"The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. But once I opened the room door I knew for sure there was no way I could have stayed there. Bathroom window was broken and the beds looked like a tarp and...

"The property is run down with very questionable characters. The front desk, however, is on call and very friendly and helpful. Requested a lot of information for the car and pets which felt correct. The room was clean and everything worked. In the morning room service was up and cleaning which gave us a good sign that cleaning was taken seriously. Good place to sleep but perhaps not much else."

"We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here."
