Our bathroom door handle was broken, and although we were told maintenance would return after hours to fix both the issue and address the smell, nothing was resolved. "Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. "

"This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....

"O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada. Infelizmente estávamos só de passagem e não pudemos aproveitar tudo o que a região pode oferecer. Mas à noite, mesmo com o tempo mais frio, passeamos pelas lojinhas e restaurantes à pé, saindo diretamente do hotel. Ótima opção."
