The apartment has 48m2 floor space and there is sleeping space for up to 6 people. The apartment is also fully furnished and the rent includes hotel quality linens and towels.

The apartment is located in the top floor of an old brewery building and you have views to the Pyynikki outdoor area as well as the historical buildings of the Koulukatu-street. The Pyynikki neighborhood is located right next to services of the Tampere downtown but is also surrounded by the neighboring Pyynikki forest and Lake Pyhäjärvi. Here you can easily visit the best restaurants of Tampere by walking after enjoying fresh outdoor air on the nature trails of Pyynikki. On winter days you can find cross-country skiing trails on the Pyynikki outdoor area and on summer days you can head for a beach day at the Rosendahl Beach. In the loft area of the apartment you`ll find a bed sofa with 140cm sleeping space and a queen-size bed (160cm wide).
