We've rented a lot of places in Tampa over the years with my daughter swimming down there since she was 9 and now a student at UTampa and this was one of our favorite places yet. Modern amenities, really well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy bedrooms, updated bathrooms and the pool area was perfect. Plus the neighborhood was great which honestly can be a hit or miss thing in Tampa sometimes. So close to Busch Gardens, easy on/off 275 and plenty options for groceries and food. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The house is conveniently located to the zoo, Busch Gardens and many restaurants. The screened in pool made it possible to enjoy the beautiful weather without being bothered by bugs. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but for the most part we were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Check-in was super easy and intuitive. The communication was efficient and to the point. Love that. We have stayed at numerous renttin the past and this was by far our favorite. It met all of our family needs and was an exceptional value. The AC was a life saver in the Florida heat as was the pool. We enjoyed being able to make a full pot of coffee in the morning as we like to get up early and hit the ground running. The neighborhood was very quiet, yet surrounded by many great places to eat and visit. Close to the zoo and Busch Gardens. I can't imagine what they could have done to make our stay better.

Great Place to Stay

The house was very clean and bright. We loved the pool and lanai area. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals. Very convenient location to easily reach many attractions and areas and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great communication and details from the property management company, probably the best we've ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute home in a quiet neighborhood right next to Zoo Tampa. It was about a 10 minute walk from the front door of the house to the entrance of the zoo which was great for our family. We went every morning to the zoo with the kids to play and see the animals. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our family of six to cook breakfast lunch and dinners. The pool was well maintained and a whole bunch of beach towels were provided. The pool deck was a highlight of the property. It’s very private and has enough room for all to sit and relax by the pool or under cover when it rains. The property manager gave very clear instructions for check in and check out and it was very simple and easy for us as guests. One piece of critical feedback I will provide is the electrical recepticals are in need of some maintenance. There was one in the main bedroom that was non functional. One in the dining room was so loose that it could be jostled out of the workbox. And generally things that were plugged in around the house didn’t stay in the outlets because of wear on the contacts. This issue wasn’t a huge problem and overall we had a good stay. We would book here again.

Wedding stay

We chose this property due to the central location of all things wedding we would be parcipating in while in Tampa and the pool. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was wonderful and beds comfortable.Communication was great for checking in/out. We would stay at this property again. Communication

Glad we came back

We had a great time. The property is convenient, well-maintained, and a really nice spot for families. We liked it so much last year, we came back. Everyone enjoyed it and the pool was wonderful. The owner was responsive and we would certainly recommend the property!

Not in great condition

This house needs a lot of maintenance. The floors were dirty when we arrived. Trim work is battered. And the patio/lanai was in rough shape. Branches and cobwebs everywhere, moss overgrowth around the pool, and the roof was caving in from holding tons of water. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space due to caution tape being wrapped around the place.

Great Location for Busch Gardens and Zoo

We mostly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, as it is right next door to Zoo Tampa and within 10 minutes to Busch Gardens. Our kids loved the pool and the covered back yard was a great place to spend our evenings. The outlets in the primary bedroom were frustrating as they are loose and not capable of holding a plug to charge devices. The primary bathroom's toilet is quite awkward, but a minor gripe overall. The guest bathroom is quite nice and recently updated. The cleanliness of the property could have been better. Communication with the host was adequate for our needs. Overall an okay place to stay. Great location.

Nice space

The house is nice. The pool is great; the neighborhood is pleasant and being near the zoo is a great perk. We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the check-in process was a mess. The check-in guide says you'll get a door code but we didn't. When we tried to reach VRBO, they couldn't reach the owner so we had a hard time getting in. It was very late when we arrived but not having a back-up plan for how to get in when people may be arriving on a late flight (as we were) was disconcerting and made arrival fairly stressful.

This unit is pretty nice and has been updated. AC kept the house consistent and is nice that it’s central AC instead of noisy standalone units.

Great Location

We loved how close we were to the zoo. The house itself was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The backyard was conveniently fenced so the kids were able to play. The weather turned too cold for us to get in the pool. If it was heated, it wasn’t warm enough for me. Everything about this place however would have me rent again.

Great find!

We had to find a home quickly due to hurricane idalia while we are on vacation and we were able to scoop up this awesome house. Pictures are exactly what you get. Under the sinks in bathrooms could use cleaning but every thing else was pretty clean. We wished the pool was heated like advertised but the book said not to mess with any pool equipment so we didn’t. Also had to get rental coverage for the time frame we were there which I think should have been optional bc we didn’t damage anything and even cleaned before leaving. Otherwise this house is really awesome cute and the owner is quick to respond !

Family Vacation

This home was great for us and the check in was super simple. It was a great location, the kids loved the pool, also right down the street from ZooTampa hence the name, which was great for the kids. We were close to everything we needed and our other itinerary places were all within 20 mins of the house, aside from Disney which was about and hr and a half. Still not bad. There was a bad storm early on during our stay that knocked out the WI-FI which was terrible for the kids and my husbands work. I reached out but no response from anyone until the day before our departure date. Which was no good for us. Still had no Wi-Fi after. Few fixes on the ceiling and walls are needed, also kept seeing ants on kitchen table and even on our bed. Outside of that it’s a really nice property, with those minor fixes it would be immaculate. I appreciate all the information that was provided and the whole process. Overall we were pleased!

Tampa Fun

We had a great stay here with family! We had a great time spending time together and being able to have meals together and swim together most nights! It was also close the Busch Gardens which we went to while there!
