SkyWater is a furnished 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on the bay in Oldsmar, set up for people who need a real home for a month or more: remote workers, relocating professionals, snowbirds, and families placed by their insurer while their own home is repaired. It sleeps up to 8, and stays are 31 nights or longer.

The Bay View
The covered upstairs porch looks straight out over the bay, with a dining table, comfortable chairs and a ceiling fan. It is where morning coffee and sunset dinners happen. The living room and the primary bedroom share the view through wide sliding doors.

Two Real Workspaces
There are two full desk setups with task lamps and ergonomic office chairs, one of them a sit and stand desk, one in the living room looking out on the pool and one in a bedroom, so two people can work full days at the same time. 208 Mbps fiber WiFi runs the whole house.

Hot Tub and Pool
The private hot tub sits under a curtained pergola and is open 24 hours, all year. Out back there is a private pool with a paver deck, blue Adirondack chairs, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a cornhole board for the kids.
