It is ideally located for all that both Tampa and St. Pete have to offer - but is also perfect if you are looking to kick back and relax in a quiet neighborhood with some of your friends. The Space:
This spacious 1-story, 5 bedroom + 3 bathroom home is located in the heart of the Ballast Point neighborhood in South Tampa - the house is recently renovated and all furniture is brand new. The house is about 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa and 30 minutes from Downtown St. Pete. Everything you need is within a 5-10 minute radius of the home, including lovely restaurants, a local park on the Tampa coastline, a gym + workout studios, multiple pharmacies, grocery stores and liquor stores.

Guests will typically enter through the backdoor, given this is where the driveway is located. When you enter through this door, you will be welcomed by the site of our main living room: here we have a pool table, a SmartTV above the pool table (perfect to watch your favorite sporting event), two small circular bar tables and our main dining table. The dining table has 6 chairs with an additional 2 chairs located in the laundry room area for extra guests. Just off the main living room are the double doors out to the pool area and backyard. We love opening up those two doors, letting light shine through the living area. It's especially nice when some folks are outside enjoying the pool, with the remainder of folks inside doing work or playing some pool.

The outdoor area includes a heated pool, 3 floaties, a dining table with 8 chairs, a BBQ, 6 lounge chairs, and 3 tanning beds, underneath 2 green umbrellas and a firepit with 4 chairs surrounding. We have an absolute blast in this backyard - it's perfect for kids who want to splash around in the pool, or adults who need some respite from the warm FL sun. We provide both pool towels and flip flops for the deck (it can get quite hot!).

Just off the living room is our kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need to cook up a meal: a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, an induction stove and an oven. We also provide a Keurig (with some hot cocoa for the kids!), a French Press, coffee bean grinder, toaster, knife set, small blender, spatula and electric tea kettle. Once you book with us, we will send an extensive guidebook which includes all of the local grocery store locations. There is enough cutlery, plates, bowls, glassware and mugs to host the maximum number of guests.

Just off the kitchen is our sitting room. We have a cozy leather couch with lots of pillows and plenty of blankets. The SmartTV located in our sitting room is our biggest in the house and is ideal for a good movie or the latest episode of Succession. Within the TV cabinet you'll find a plethora of board games, perfect for a drinking game session with friend or just for kids.

The Tampa Bae house has 5 bedrooms, all of which have a SmartTV, dresser and closet (minus the bunk room). The two bedrooms with King beds each have an en suite bathroom, and the three remaining bedrooms share a bathroom easily located among them.

The Main Bedroom is the largest, with a walk-in closet, King sized bed, a couple of lounge chairs, an en suite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The desk is a great space to get some work done - a desk lamp, desktop, mouse and keyboard can all be found in the walk-in closet for use during your stay. Just remember to return the USBs!

The second largest room also has an en suite bathroom. Please note we include hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and some body wash in all bathrooms, as well as a hairdryer and some tampons.

Two bedrooms in the house have queen beds, and the final bedroom has 2 bunk beds, perfect for kids or for adults who are up for piling in. Our favorite bedroom is actually the smallest - we call it the "soft" room, as the carpet is soft on your feet, the throw pillows are felt-covered and the mirror has a soft white lining.

For those who are here for longer stays (or shorter stays, but lots of outfit changes), we have a laundry room easily located next to the backdoor. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you so need.

Guest Access:
The house has a dedicated driveway, which fits 1 vehicle. However there is plenty of street parking, all of which is free and on the street where the house is located. The driveway also has a basketball hoop - we provide a basketball for those up for playing!

The Neighborhood:
The Tampa Bae House is located in South Tampa, in the coastal neighborhood of Ballast Point. 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa and 30 minutes from Downtown Saint Pete, the house is centrally located in a safe residential neighborhood. The house is just a short walk to the Ballast Point pier as well as the famous Bayshore Blvd, which makes for a lovely stroll along the water.

Getting Around:
For those who want to explore lots of places across the Tampa Bay area, we recommend either renting or bringing a car. If you plan to only leave for a bar or restaurant here or there, Ubers are easily accessible and take 5-10 minutes to arrive.
