Tastefully REFRESHED, recently, with all new paint and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. This is a unique, custom built Key West style home located on the upper portion of Tampa Bay. The home is one of a kind, essentially two homes in one, with million dollar views and a tropical island vibe. The rental consists of a 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath first floor in-law apartment. Separate entrance facing the water with a private covered porch just steps from the water's edge. This hidden jewel is private, tranquil, serene and just a perfect place to relax and unwind. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING/FAR FROM ORDINARY! Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or just chillin' with your favorite cocktail. Exceptionally clean, quiet and convenient.

*King Size Bed in Master and brand new Queen bed and associated furniture in the 2nd Bedroom which has it's own separate 1/2 bath.

*Large covered porch with gas grill for outdoor cooking.

This is a pet friendly property with an additional $150 pet fee. Pets must be well behaved, housebroken, current on all their vaccinations and flea medicine. Owner will be responsible for picking up after them.

*Kayak the various channels and canals leading to and from the bay. Peaceful and very relaxing. Stand-up paddleboard available.

*Catch Snook, Redfish, and much more. Fishing Poles and Kayaks provided. Within walking distance to Tampa Bait Shop and Piper's Marine.

*Watch Manatee and Dolphin swim just feet away from your private patio.

*Sunbath, read a good book, or just hang out and take in the fresh, bay breeze.

My wife and I live fulltime in vacation rentals throughout the country. This rental was ideally located for our needs as we had business in the Tampa area. While relatively small, the space is arranged in a very logical and efficient manner, making it seem larger than it is.The unit was very clean and included all the kitchen equipment and supplies we needed. There was plenty of hot water, which is frequently not the case in rentals. A TV in the bedroom would be a nice touch. However, the internet signal was strong enough for us to stream movies on our laptop without issue. Due to its proximity to a very busy 6-lane highway, sometimes it was noisy on the balcony. However, inside was very quiet. The view was outstanding if you like seeing pelicans and dolphins.Tami was a great host. Even though she lives on the floor above the rental, she was unobtrusive and very quiet. That said, she was very responsive to our needs. For example, when the propane tank to the grill ran out, a fresh one showed up at the entryway the next morning.All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tami's rental and highly recommend it.

The host is as always wonderful to work with and is in constant contact, if needed. I really enjoy staying here, as the host has everything you could ever want or need available. The location is beautiful, private and quiet. The sunsets are the best. This is my go to place whenever i have to travel to the home office for work!

Beautiful property with great views and amenities. We really enjoyed seeing dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife. The house is perfect for a couple or small family. I wish i could have enjoyed the property more, however, i was in town for work. This is definitely someplace we would definitely want to book and stay again. It is very close to my home office and all kinds of activities and stores.

Great place to get away!!

This place is amazing! The pictures do it justice. It was well stocked with bath linens and kitchen accessories. Kayaks and fishing equipment were available as well. I highly highly recommend this place for a nice quiet getaway! Thank you Tami!!

Wonderful relaxing home

Ideal home for a nice relaxing get away. Very nice proprty right on the water. Deck is fabulous. Everything we needed for our stay. Tami was very nice and helpful.

Nice Oasis in Tampa

The property was very nice at the end of a street and on a canal. The apartment is the downstairs of a two story house and the owner does use the upstairs, but we didn't have any issue at all with noise. The property isn't brand new, but well maintained and has a nice outdoors area (although not super large) with a picnic table available. It also has a nice porch area with a gas BBQ grill which we used while there. Fishing equipment was available as well, but we didn't try our hand at fishing while there. My wife was able to cook Christmas dinner with the pot/pans/utensils that were at the property (we did buy a pan for turkey). If not for the traffic noise (outside only), you wouldn't even realize that you are in the city. All lights switches were labeled which made it easier to figure out everything. Tami responded very quickly to any questions or info we requested. We would book again.

Perfect in every way

The title says it all “Perfect in every way!” Excellent place to stay. Attentive host! Sunsets were amazing from balcony and yard. Location was centralized for all our events. Will visit and stay next time in Tampa.

Excellent Property

A peaceful stay

Had a wonderful stay. Was here for surgery and Tami was very kind and accommodating. We had privacy and during our stay we saw dolphins, manatees, and a variety of bird life. The place is clean and bed is very comfortable. The jetted tub was wonderful to have. The view is beautiful Thank you Tami

Anniversary vacation

It was peaceful but since its pet friendly there were flees inside the home. Other than that it was ok. Your paying for the view not really the house. The host stays on the upper level when she is home you can hear her and her dog walking around. The second room smelled like a wet dog, the appliances are outdated no wash clothes to wash dishes had to use paper towels and dish soap. Got accused of burning the stove when it wasnt anything to clean with did my best to clean. I informed the host that i was driving from Atlanta to Florida she kept texting me asking questions even though she could see my location. I didn't really enjoy myself with all of the flee bits that my wife and myslef recieved.

Perfect stay

Everything about this place was perfect. The house was extremely clean, it's right on the water. We saw manatees and dolphins go by right from the porch. Tami was easy to work with. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is here!
