It was in basic condition. The bed was comfortable. However when the AC did kick in, it had a very loud rattle that woke you up throughout the night. The room never got to a truly enjoyable cold temperature even with the AC on max. The tub when you stepped in was very slippery like it had soap scum all over it. When I first went to check in, I stood there for 5 minutes because nobody was at the counter. I walked out to tell my husband at the car and the general manager was sitting there smoking a cigarette. She looked at me and went oh no one's at the counter I guess I'll come in. I was placed on the second floor of the hotel without even asking if it was okay since they're elevator was down. My knee was not happy with the stairs. Thankfully my husband was healthy enough to be able to carry everything up and down the stairs for us. The breakfast was muffins and yogurt. You could make a waffle. But there was no hot protein at all.
