Sleeping up to 6 guests, this stunning pool home includes a master bed and bathroom, equipped with a king size bed, along with two queen bedrooms and 2 more guest bathrooms. Each bedroom includes its own flat screen Smart TV and each bathroom is has been r ecently remodeled, with the master BR featuring it's own bathtub and the guest bathrooms boasting new features such as dual shower heads, glass doors, and granite countertops.

The updated kitchen makes staying in a breeze, and offers all of the kitchen essentials you need, including a full-sized fridge, microwave, oven, stove top, cookware, ice trays and a Keurig coffee maker. Utilize the laundry room with your washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the back of the home. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Sit back, relax, and chill out in your own private outdoor space through the sliding glass doors.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the front door to unit, located directly through the gated fence.

The Neighborhood:
The home sits between the upscale neighborhoods of South Howard, or “SoHo”, and Parkland Estates. SoHo is one of the most popular areas of Tampa featuring vibrant nightlife, and fun for everyone! With a quick driving distance from Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping, and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport are all a 20-minute drive away or less!

Getting Around:
Vehicles are recommended but there are shops and outdoor activities within walking distance to the home.

Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the front of the house. Back up trash cans are located in the back yard next to the shed. Extra garbage bags are located under the kitchen sink.
- Parking: This unit offers a driveway fits 2-3 cars, possible 4 depending on the size. Street parking is permitted in this neighborhood.
- Pets: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet per stay. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any pet waste left in the yard will result in a $100 removal fee. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Please be cautious of the capped gas line right outside the side door into the private yard area. It is right outside the door to the right next to the gate.
- We do not allow parties or loud, disruptive behavior of ay kind. The number of people occupying our home must not exceed 6 persons at any time. Otherwise, you will be subject to a $1000 fine and immediate eviction.
- Pool: please note the pool is not heated
