This home is monitored with video cameras on the exterior front of the home as well as the back yard and front door ring camera. Device will record during reservations. No parties of any kind will be permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
97% refund up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. There is a 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
