Other Things to Note:

Pets: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!



Noise: Please note you may experience noise, especially on weekends, due to the home's proximity to Centro Ybor. Once you book with us, we assume you understand the noise that may come along with staying in this property. We supply white noise machines in both bedrooms for your use to mitigate any excess noise.



Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.



Laundry: This home does not have a laundry room available for use.



Apartment Living: This is a stand-alone studio apartment. There are no shared spaces with the host or other guests.
