You are welcome to the entire house! The only areas that are off limits are the shed, the two upper closets over the main closets in the Coral Reef that are locked, and the pool equipment.
🦩THE BACKYARD
The backyard includes a porch, with bistro set, and access door to the utility room with washer & dryer, charcoal Weber Grill, patio table for 4, and sofa sectional for 6. There are also 4-chaise lounges, and two tilt & solar powered lighted umbrellas.
🌸 (Note - by booking this house you are agreeing to the House Rules which states you will put everything back like you found them. Covered, clean and free of food and debris to avoid additional cleaning fees that the cleaners charge us to deal with "extra items" and follow the departure instructions).
🦩 POOL
There is a large, heated, private pool on the property. The pool meets the State of Florida safety regulations. The pool is beautiful & cleaned professionally every Tuesday / Wednesday. Sometimes there are leaves in the deep end of the pool as the pool is not caged. This is because the neighborhood is over 100 years old and the city will not allow caging of the pools. With the 100 year old grand oaks, and other very old, very large trees, it is almost impossible to keep leaves out of the pool. The leaves do not affect the Ph balance of the pool. If the leaves bother you, you may scoop them out with the pool net. The pool is heated to a max temp of 81°F at no additional charge. The cost to run it over 81°F is $50/day with a max of 90°F or 30°F over ambient night temps whichever is greater.

This is a huge benefit when you are looking for a home to rent as most places provide a “Starter Pack” and expect you to go grocery shopping for toilet paper when in vacation. We act like a hotel and provide you with your essential amenities the ENTIRE STAY. That is a valuable service, and one we are very proud of. It is expensive, but we value our customer’s satisfaction.
There are other non-stated amenities in the home such as sugar, condiments, spices, and they may change from guest to guest. If you have a specific request, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate you!
