THE HYDE OUT (Main house - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms)

This single story bungalow nestled in the Hyde Park community features a full-sized, fully-stocked kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for your next Tampa Bay getaway! Sleeping up to 8 guests, this home has a main bedroom that sleeps two, a secondary bedroom that sleeps four with a bed and additional trundle bed, as well as a comfy pull-out sofa in the living room that sleeps two. The updated kitchen features beautiful stainless steel countertops and a full sized-fridge, microwave, oven, stove top and cookware to make staying in a breeze! Utilize the laundry room with your own washer and machines and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the back of the home. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Grill out in the yard, warm up by the fire pit, relax in the hot tub or play some cornhole in your own private outdoor space via the gate next to the back door.

LIL` HYDE OUT (Back Studio - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)

This 1st floor one-bed one-bath unit features a full kitchen, one queen bed in the bedroom, one queen pull-out sofa in the living room and one full bathroom allowing up to 4 guests to stay comfortably. This newly updated space contains a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, Brita water filter, and Keurig. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps!

The Neighborhood:
Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Beautiful Bayshore Blvd is just a few blocks from your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Blvd is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village - just a short walk away - is a bustling hot spot for delicious dining, unique coffee shops, desirable boutiques, and vibrant bars! A variety of family-friendly parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Getting around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are also self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

Other things to note:
- SMOKING: This is a NO smoking property; smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fine
- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to three pets. The pet fee is $100 per pet, per stay. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Please make sure to notify us if you are bringing a pet.
- TRASH INFO: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the driveway
- Please note that a long-term tenant lives in the back building on the second floor. They also have one parking spot, #4, reserved for the long-term guest, so please only utilize spots 1-3.
