The Little Green Guest House is ideal for business travelers, legislators, university parents, or sports fans. 1 BR/1 BA guesthouse with full kitchen offers total privacy with all the comforts of home. Located in a quiet neighborhood in NE Tallahassee on the grounds of a beautifully maintained 1920’s home, the Little Green Guest House is less than 15 minutes from the universities and the capitol building, very convenient to retail and dining, and minutes to I-10.
There is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a work desk. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, which is shorter in length than most queens. It will sleep 2 children or 2 shorter adults, (5’9” or less), comfortably. The eat-in kitchen is stocked with the basics necessary for preparing and serving meals. Enjoy complimentary Lucky Goat coffee, condiments and fresh eggs from our free-range chickens.
Our family of 6 lives on this property in the two story home adjacent to the guesthouse. We may see each other in the driveway or on the boardwalk, but the guesthouse and fenced yard is completely private.

Guests may park in the carport and to the space to the left of the big oak tree.

There is a small washing machine available for guest use. There is no dryer, but there is a drying rack.

Please keep food and drink away from the piano, and enjoy playing with clean hands.

Dog friendly on case by case basis. Please do not instant book if you plan to bring your dog—send an inquiry and tell us a little bit about your dog first. There will be an additional $75 fee per stay, with understanding we may charge more depending on time spent to clean up after your pup. It is expected that you will clean up after them in the yard, and we kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture and not leave them unattended in the unit. No other pets are permitted.

Please keep fire inside the fire pit.

No smoking/vaping on premises.

No gatherings larger than stated party.
