"Really nice place to stay for a few days. Well equipped and nicely appointed. I do wish there was a coffee table or end table in the living area, but it was fine anyway."

"Stay overall was good. The interior of the house was nicely decorated with ample privacy and space. Good location, but driveway needs to be repaired. Big cracks and missing concrete in the driveway is a big hazard for twisted ankle or fall. Also, getting into and out of the driveway is very difficult, especially with tree branches blocking road visibility to exit out of driveway. Broken driveway concrete makes it very difficult to enter driveway from road with a very large dip. "

"the house is dated and wasn’t super clean(hairs in bathtub, stains on couches, backyard covered in trash) but it was cheap and we only stayed one night. "

It includes lots of little touches and extras that a lot of rentals miss. If you’re ever in Tallahassee and need a clean comfortable and a affordable home base, this is it!"

"This house is the perfect home for a family that needs four rooms. Two spacious and well appointed bathrooms and fully accessible kitchen. There were so many things we could do just staying at the property. We had to leave early due to a medical situation and Ryan was accommodating. We were able to access everywhere we needed to go in Tally from this location. It was close to FSU, shopping, restaurants, and overall was easy to stay at while moving in our son to FSU. Definite do over. "

The property mgr called me the day of arrival and was super gracious, he followed up again the next day just to be sure we were happy with everything, which we were."
