Your private front entrance opens into the gracious, beautifully decorate living room - complete with two sofas, flat screen smart tv with cable, and beautiful views to the front garden. Enjoy cooking until your heart (and belly!) is content in the fully equipped chef's kitchen - 4 burner stove top, full oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, full fridge, coffee station, and all the pots/pans/cooking utensils you could ever need. Off the kitchen is a large windowed dining area, that connects to a lovely cozy den. The master bedroom has a queen bed and looks out on to the front gardens, and has a large closet for your use. The bathroom has a large tub. The second bedroom has a full sized bed, and is super charming with a wall of windows looking out to the side gardens and fruit trees.

Pine Hill is always stocked with gourmet coffee, linens, towels, and bath products. There is a queen sized blow up bed that accommodate an additional two guests. You are welcome to use the front and side yards - enjoy sitting outside in the Adirondack Chair under the grand oak with Spanish Moss. The washer and dryer is available and accessible in the back hall.

Historic Midtown is the ideal location for any visit to Tallahassee. It is a stone's throw away from the Florida Capital. Just a stroll away, you will find Midtown's restaurants, libations, and live music. By day, Midtown provides shopping and cafes. Downtown Tallahassee, hospitals, colleges and the stadium, Gaines Street arts, and the convention center are all within a 3 mile radius.
