Amazing, safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood close to many restaurants and shopping. The patio is great for gatherings and fun, but please be aware that quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. We employ a monitor for noise levels after 9 pm, so please keep noise down as to not disturb neighbors and their families. We do not take noise violations lightly and infractions could result in immediate termination of reservation. If your stay requires an outdoor space to be loud after 9 pm, this is not the property for you.

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs. ONLY Dogs! We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. will accommodate 1 vehicle comfortably. Guest is provided a remote to open and close the garage door throughout the stay. Nothing beats driving into the garage on a rainy summer day.
