"Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall."

"great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door. The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride. The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important."

"The staff was not very helpful and welcoming.
Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage.
Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti.
Overall, would not recommend this place. "

"
This is the worst property I have ever encountered. It has a musty odor, mould growing on the curtains and fixtures, and the staff are unprofessional. I strongly advise people to avoid this property— the living conditions are completely unsafe"
