Staff person is very good.rohit and ajamal is very helpful person.everthing is perfect.one day only trouble in hot water.hot water is come in 6 to 8am and eveni g 7.30 to 9.30 pm . In this room nocellong fan avaible. So when hot weather in munnar it is terrible. So when you plan keep in mind. "One of the best stays for me in Munnar. The hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful in all matters. Kudos to their restaurant staff for preparing some delicious meals especially Vegetable Biryani and Paneer Recipes for north indian (Delhi) travellers. Being located in the middle of forest it offers seclusion and scenic views and ample opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday. One of the best decors in a forest setting. Improvement required in Games room and curio shop area. "
