192 km north of Kajaani, Lake Tyräjärvi 30 m (length 12 km, width 4 km), shallow shore, rather soft moraine bottom, shore partly stony, jetty, own boat and outboard motor. The clients has to purchase fuel themselves for the outboard motor.

Log and wooden board house, originally built during 1930s, last renovated 2004, living room/kitchen still has original log walls visible, walls in other rooms are covered. Large living room with convertible sofa/bed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom, room with fireplace (convertible sofa/bed), WC, glazed "summer room" with electric light.

Separate sleeping cabin (in summer use) with 1 bed and 3 mattresses, suitable for children. Lakeshore sauna building, with sauna itself (wood-burning stove) and dressing room.
Grill house, with electric light and terrace.

Outdoor hot tub, available at extra fee.

Storm Paula in June 2021 fell a lot of trees from the yard, so the view of the lake and the neighbor is now wider than in the photos.
