"Excellent clean and tidy place.
Delicious daily breakfast served at the beautiful terrace with amazing view to the mountains.
The hosts are incredible kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Situated in Juifen old town so close to the shops restaurants giving the opportunity to take photos of the lantern lit streets once the shops are closed and the streets are quiet."

"The staff was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately after my first night there I noticed bed bug bites. I demanded to be moved to a fully sanitized room, which they did--but sanitization should happen preventively, not in response to bad customer experiences. There is no desk and no chair, so it's hard to do any work in the room. The sheets are threadbare. None of it is a dealbreaker except for the bed bugs. Thankfully my following 5 nights in the new room there was no problem."
