1929 Hilltop Tudor

Welcome to our cute Hilltop Tudor! We hope you enjoy some of the original charm that makes this house so special. While our home is not a super private, secluded getaway, it is very conveniently located to all things PNW. Just five minutes to I-5 and HWY 16, you can get to almost anywhere in Tacoma in 15 minutes or less. The Tacoma Dome is one mile down the hill, UW Tacoma is .7 miles away, and St Joseph Medical Center is an easy .5 mile walk.
The space
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is very inviting with lots of natural light from the (many original) beautiful windows throughout. It has a fully fenced yard making it ideal for guests traveling with well behaved pups. Full sized washer and dryer on the premises. Stage two EV charger(Nema 14-50) available on site.
Guest access
There is a patio off the kitchen with a built in bench. Musicians will enjoy the piano in the living room. Laundry is in the basement. EV charger outlet available for those driving electric vehicles (it is only NEMA 14-50 outlet; you must bring your own charging cable).
Other things to note
We love traveling with our pets and want to offer that to others. We just ask that they be well behaved and that you clean up after them. We appreciate wiping down dirty paws after being outside.
