This beautiful sea-front villa with private pool is situated in Fontane Bianche, a popular seaside resort, 20 km south of Syracuse.

The villa enjoys a lovely location: it sits just a few hundred metres from one of the best sandy beaches on Sicily’s east coast and overlooks the sea and the rocky shoreline that are just outside the gate.

Stylishly decorated, it provides the perfect setting for a large family holiday or group of friends.

On the ground floor are the living room with an open fire, the dining area with large glass windows, the kitchen, the study with computer work station, one bedroom and two bathrooms.
The fist floor features five cosy bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
In a separate apartment in the basement of the villa unobtrusively lives a housekeeper, who takes care of the daily tidying up service.

Anyone seeking relaxation can spend happy hours in the well-tended garden, on the spacious terraces with sea views, or in the small swimming pool with sun terrace.
Anyone seeking variety can enjoy many different excursions.
There is plenty to see and do in the area: whether you are visiting one of the charming nearby baroque towns - such as Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla - or Catania and Taormina, exploring the nature reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile, Vendicari and the beach of Calamosche, diving and snorkelling in the Plemmirio marine protected area, or visiting the Etna Park or the island of Capo Passero.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
