"Enjoyed staying here while adventuring in the Custer state park area. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was tasty and my room met my needs. The carpet in the common areas like the stairwell looked a little well loved from winter. My room was clean and the dinner recommendations from the staff were on point!"

"We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate"

"The room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was very cramped. The location was perfect, though, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was ok and the rates were reasonable. "

"The room itself was clean and tidy. I didn’t like that the pool and hot tub are in a separate building. You have to walk outside to access it. Also, the shower, you have to step up to use it . It’s up high and it has no rail to help you get in. The building outside needs redone. You definitely get what you pay for."

"The tents are lovely, but if the weather isn’t good, it’s incredibly cold & the small stoves they use for heat are not sufficient, the staff does not help to build fires and are not vigilant about helping."

"This is a extremely nice place to stay, very clean rooms and property. The owner, she was extremely nice and helpful, she made checking in and out very easy also. My only personal issue was as a tall and heavyset guy the bathroom fixtures were difficult to use comfortably. Besides that this was a very nice place to stay. It met all the needs of a couple wanting to sight see throughout the day then come back to a quite, clean place to sleep for the night."
