"I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed"

The staff was wonderful & helped me restock items in the kitchen : paper towels & trash bags. This was the perfect stay for traveling with a baby. The breakfast was great & the coffee was so good! "Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."

Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower."
