"Every thing were great from room to breakfast and staff were amazing except we were expecting the pool to be opened as there was no mention of it being closed when we made the booking. However,, we still enjoyed the stay and definitely will recommend the property."

And then tell you to cancel your Expedia and book through them for a better room. Felt a bit dishonest but I rolled with it. Next time I will confirm because there was no sofa bed in the room and the room pics on exp have one. "

"The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it...

"I cannot say is the worse place I haver been but it’s very noise, the beds are far from being good. Despite it has been renovated recently, the dark brown colors make the rooms quite unpleasant. An then, there is the problem of the take way breakfast. They gave some terrible food choices, everything in plastics which you take to your room. You do have a microwave in the room but…. There is no lift. If you have big suitcases and are assign to the second floor, you have to carry the baggage by...

"The hot tub was out of order, and the staff were rude! I cannot believe this is how a Hilton hotel is being run. I am appalled at the treatment of visitors and the lack of consideration. This was the worst stay ever, I’d have been better off at the travel lodge!!!"
