"We had two rooms in the main house on the top floor. We did not see the inside of the lodges. Experia had a good late offer on a Deluxe Superior Room (which the hotel itself wouldn’t price match) which worked out the same price as a standard sea view room that we had booked through the hotel directly. "A charming hotel, with stunning views, beautifully positioned overlooking the bay and conveniently to town, all its amenities and local transport. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it was a perfect location to explore the Jurassic Coast and it's historical gems. Will definitely go back."

"A unique and charming place by the sea. The position is everything here and it is a delight to sit on the terrace with a drink looking at a Riviera view through the pines to Studland bay. Smart room, lots of varied public spaces. Great for children (though we didn't come with ours!) and a very good breakfast."

"I was worried about noise levels - it being on the site of a pub during the World Cup but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. V convenient parking and location. V clean and well appointed accommodation. Our second stay here and we’ll come again."

"Amazing Cabin, which was super comfy and extremely clean. A little garden with 2 seats and table . A patio doors looking onto a very pretty garden. Right near to Swanage Beach which was perfect. Fully recommend. "
