Zero noise from neighbors, perfect weather, everything we needed was provided, and being directly on the lake really took this vacation to the next level. "We had a wonderful stay at Joel's place. Joel is great with communication and quickly responded to any questions. The home is very clean, beds are comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed barbecuing on the deck. Didn't get to use the fire pit as it was a bit too chilly to sit out at night. Hopefully can do that next time. We would love to come back again!"

"Small issue checking in with keyless entry as code was incorrect. But, contact person was able to provide correct code. Also, took a few hours to warm the house up the first night. Otherwise, was happy with the stay. Very clean property. Looked exactly like photos. Nicely decorated home. Plenty of fresh linens and towels. Lots of dishes and pots to use. Comfortable beds."

"We stayed here in March for a ski weekend with my two boys ages 23 & 17. It was clean, roomy, and lots to do. Very close to the mountain and when we were not skiing the boys were playing ping pong in the basement or sitting by the fire pit. Such a great house, we will definitely be returning!"

"Overall the stay was lovely. The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, cozy and fit our needs perfectly. The location was about 20 minutes from various restaurants and the larger town of Hawley. I could envision this being a great place to spend summer months at the pool, lakes and exploring the surrounding hiking trails and towns. Patrick was very responsive to my inquiries. The only downer was that the jacuzzi tub wasn't heating properly, but I'm sure this will be fixed."

"Gary was a wonderful host who welcomed us to this cabin, right on the Lake, with a pizza and good old fashioned hospitality. We were tired from our travels and had a huge load of washing to do and Gary was very accommodating and helpful in allowing us to use nearby facilities. The cabin is rustic and enjoyable to be in. Great reclining couch chairs. Gary had set a fire for us too, such a great guy. The juke box was fun to play and listen to some fantastic music and we also visited the nearby...
