"We stayed here for our anniversary. We booked a garden suite where we could park outside and had a little court yard area with chairs to enjoy the summer sun. we had access to the gym and pool, steam room and sauna which was a lovely way to end our day. The staff were helpful and happy to help when we had any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we were in the area "
"Something a bit different, an old converted mill where the water still passes through the restaurant!
Staff were spot on, nothing too much problem.
Building is bent and twisted with age, so not much is straight and uneven squeaky floorboard adds to the character.
Breakfast is in the bar in the morning, evening meals either in the restaurant or in the large beer garden, over looking the mill stream.
You can also have a beer sitting out the front, watching people pass on the busy town walk path,...
"The hosts were wonderful. really made me feel welcome and safe and provided a total sanctuary away from the dusty festival I was performing at. lovely view from the window onto the fountain which created a tranquil vibe. the breakfast was absolutely delicious but most of all it was the staff and managers who really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I cannot fault their hospitality. Loved my stay.. would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Nice hotel / pub close to Blandford town! Everything was perfect in the room with a mini fridge with milk, water, kettle etc for us. It was very clean, tidy, safe and very friendly whilst staying there. Only downside is it is a bit out dated need to replace the mattress as it was very old. "
