Beautiful, recently upgraded, fully furnished 2 bedroom 4 bed 2 bathroom, recently decorated oceanfront condo, right on the beach! Chef-ready kitchen with stainless steel appliances throughout. The Living room and Master bedroom have breathtaking, sweeping views of the ocean. We have 4 beds. This is unusual in a 2 bedroom. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a king bed in the extra bedroom. 3 TVs- one in each bedroom and one very large TV in the living room. There's also a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There's a newer washer and dryer in the service porch with extra storage, right off the kitchen. Sit on the balcony with your favorite beverage and watch the waves roll in. Parking is off the street, inside the property. We have added an outside security camera in hallway leading to our unit. One car per parking spot. Strictly enforced. Additional Public parking is nearby @ $12/day $50/week. This condo has only 6 units! Very peaceful. Our unit 3 is on the 2nd floor (no elevator!). No pool, but the ocean is just steps away. Surfside Beach has a quiet family atmosphere, very much removed from the hub-bub of Myrtle Beach but it’s close by. So many attractions. Close to golfing and Charleston. Murrells Inlet marsh walk and great restaurants very close by. Airport 15 minute drive HOA does not allow golf carts or trailers in our parking area.
