The Space:

This spacious condominium offers nearly 1200 square feet of living space, providing ample room for relaxation and entertainment. The main level features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and gathering with loved ones. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings and skylights, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Upstairs, the loft area offers a second, larger bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and another private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. For those needing to work remotely, a convenient desk is available in the loft.



Guest Access:

The entire home & access to the shared pool deck area. A keypad lock is used for entry and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to checking.

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes!



Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Though Uber is available in the area, it can be limited at certain times.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
