"The location was perfect for the graduation ceremony on Boulder and that area. Also close enough to enjoy hiking Estes park. The little town of Lafayette was very fun to enjoy. Our host was very attentive and the carriage house met all our needs with a washer and dryer being a plus. "

"Honestly, this place is fine if you just need to crash for a night, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The room was only so-so when it came to cleanliness, and every now and then there was a weird smell—kind of like cat pee or something. A couple of the light switches didn’t work, and neither did the ceiling light. The outside of the property looked a bit shabby too, and the washer and dryer were both out of order.
