Sit back in your living area and enjoy the fantastic views of the Pumicestone Passage and colourful watercraft passing by, or walk south along the waters edge all the way to Diamond Head, or head along the pathway which will take you in to town.

This second floor unit sleeps 5 people and offers large bedrooms and a balcony to relax on after a fun filled day. There are fly screens to all the bedroom windows & a security screen door to the balcony. Ceiling fans are located throughout the unit.

There is also a tandem lock up garage to take your boat and car. This is a brilliant position for a spot of fishing.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w. (price includes sofa bed), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).

Booking Terms
Prices vary according to the season. This property only accepts bookings of 2 weeks or more. Different rates apply depending on the season Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details.

There is a tandem lock up garage to take your boat and car.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
