"The staff members were really nice and trying their best given the resources they had. They were young inexperienced in their 20s trying to run the hotel. I ended up giving them some pointers on operations and showing them how to fix the AC. They will do well once the island is completely open up. There were only two small boutique hotels opened with just 12 guests total at the time on the entire island and the only reservation only restaurant didn't open until the next day we were there. ...

"The room at Luna Sol was beautiful and clean. The views from the balcony were stunning and the cable cars were not far away as you could see them from the room. We had a great view of the Symphony of the Sea show from our balcony which there are fireworks displays which we got to watch free of charge!! There were multiple buggies that took you from the hotel to anywhere you wanted to go which cost 15,000 vnd pp. Sunset town was amazing, plenty of restaurants and bars, we loved the night...

"O hotel é lindo, nosso quarto era um espetáculo, mas a comida deixa muito a desejar para os ocidentais, o cardápio é totalmente voltado aos orientais, o que salva é o belíssimo café da manhã, mas durante o dia passamos sufoco e não via a hora de vir embora. Viajo o mundo inteiro e foi o primeiro país que tive muita dificuldade de comer, mas se vc gosta de frutos do mar esse hotel é o ideal. "Clean, delicate and spacious apartment with a great view (firework and Kiss Bridge). Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, also with traditional Vietnamese food. Frequently used the gym as well, so that was a lovely bonus. They even picked us up from our first hotel stay on the island and drove us to the airport when we were leaving. For us this was a great place to stay while we explored the island on our own. Communication beforehand and during the stay was also very good. Would stay...

"Our group of 10 booked the deluxe villa, and it was very luxurious! Every room was clean, and the house was beautifully decorated. Bedrooms were spacious, and bathrooms were modern and included amenities. Master bedroom has a large stone bathtub. Each bedroom also had an aircon. There was a small pool at the front of the house as well, but our family didn’t use it. It is in a gated community, so we all felt very safe. Staff was communicative over phone/messaging if we needed to call a taxi....
