"We originally booked in July, but our Granddaughter was born sooner than expected. The host was gracious enough to switch our dates. Thank you Harry for your flexibility. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the Flat. The location was perfect for us. Great stay overall. Would definitely stay there again."

"Location across from a creek was beautiful, and super quiet, I caught you on my sleep. Very comfortable bed, good quality sheets and towels, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. Immaculately clean. Small confusion about check in but easily sorted, hosts were easy to contact and very friendly. Close to 64 and a short drive to 19. Great place to rest up after hiking and rafting."

"This was the BEST little place. First impression when we walking in the door, IT SMELLED AMAZING. There was a little candle warmer going, and lamps on, so the lighting was so cozy. We put our stuff down and took showers then a nap after a long drive. The towels and bed sheets smelled amazing! I am a big smell person, and this whole place smelled so clean, and WAS so clean. "This apartment is in the perfect location. It is walking distance to everything in Fayettville and a very short drive to the National Park and many trailheads. It was clean and made for a very nice long weekend. The host was very responsive and provided easy instructions to access the unit. "

"Good location close to route 19 (the main thoroughfare of the area). Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to New River Gorge National Park. Apartment was clean. Everything worked. Couldn't ask for anything else."

"We used the this property as our hunting camp on a cold weekend in Feb. We were comfortable the whole weekend and the property was exactly as I expected. Rebecca was a great host!!"

"We were looking for a National Park to explore within driving distance and decided on New River Gorge. The property was ideally situated for us to be able to explore the park and also Babcock State Park. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing “home base”. We will probably be back since we had a rainy day and weren’t able to get as much hiking in as we had planned. But, we were able to drive around and see more of the area due to the rain than we would’ve hiking."

"Lafayette Flats absolutely did not disappoint in any way. First class accommodations in every way in a boutique style setting. Right in the heart of downtown Fayetteville, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and very short drive to New River Gorge State Park. Can't wait to go back again!"

"We rented this property for Bridge Day Weekend. The property was clean and accurately described by the seller. The gym room was well equipped and the hot tub was fantastic. The owner was quick to reapond to questions and very helpful."

"Great place we stayed with our little fur babies. We had a last minute trip up to visit an ill relative. It was perfect for our short trip. Well stocked, and gas fire place kept us nice and toasty. "
