"The views from the cabin were amazing. Sitting on the deck eating meals and watching the river and quietness is a plus. Soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking is very relaxing. The cabin had what we needed for our trip. The only downside was the amount of caterpillars that got in and how loud the portable air conditioning was. Nothing that would make me not come back though. It does have a lower water pressure so if you are someone that needs a high pressure shower this is not for...

"The home was very nice and well stocked with basic necessities. The rooms were all clean and tidy and the home is very spacious. The only cons were the ovens were difficult to figure out how to operate and there were ants on the main floor primarily in the kitchen by the oven and in the bathroom. Overall nice home and great place to stay."

"What a great place! Son, mother, grandmother trip with dog. Plenty of space and we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. It is right off main road with train nearby, but that is disclosed in listing. I slept with window open and while I heard the trains, it was not that disruptive. A few restaurants in Gold Bar and several hikes and water time were greatly enjoyed. "
