"The staff was very friendly! However the pool was under maintenance. I chose the place and paid extra to use the pool. If the amenities aren’t available as advertised and what I paid for, I should not be forced to keep the reservation. Really seems like false advertising. "

"I killed two cockroaches in the room during my 3-night stay. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy, with brown stains all over the fabric and no apparent attempt to clean it. The carpet was torn and worn. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. On the other hand, the air conditioner, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave worked. The staff was attentive and cordial. The price of the room should have been half of what it was for the quality of the stay. I would not have stayed...

"room air conditioner was not working, thermostat not working. I didn't voice this matter with staff , just too tired to deal with it. tried to live with it but couldn't. so I decided since I couldn't.I checked out approx. midnight and finished my 5 hour drive destination."

"Ceiling in room was bad looking. The ceiling in the bathroom had a small hole. They definitely need to fix the ceiling. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Bathtub was dirty looking. I’m sure it was stains but still gross. It’s an ok place to stay. I stayed with my kids but I prefer cleaner conditions."
