"Had a great time and the house was perfect for our whole family. We got to walk down the street to see the parade of lights and woke up to snow the next morning. The boys got to go sledding and build a snowman. What a treat for us Texans to see and play in the snow. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms had everything we needed to feel at home. "

"We LOVED our stay near Sunset Bluffs. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had more than we needed to make anything we wanted. The fireplace was amazing at heating up the living room when a cold snap came through, and the holiday decorations were such an unexpected surprise! So beautiful! The gentle green hills and open spaces were so beautiful, and brought so many different birds to the property. My son loved running around the backyard, and there was even a playground set for him to swing...

"Great communication, had a couple of leaks and shower flooded but the maintenance came right away to fix it. Overall clean, AC/Heat unit in each room, big kitchen, wonderful sitting area and decor."

"An absolute perfect place to stay with our dogs. Everything about it was pet friendly. The most relaxing place we have stayed with our 4 dogs. Host was quick to communicate before and even during our stay. Above and beyond amenities. We had cookies waiting for us upon arrival. We will most definitely be staying here next time we are in the area. Quiet location with a fanced in area to let the dogs off leash."
