"There is no front desk at this hotel, which was really surprising as I got in late at around 10:45 PM and I got to the door and it was locked and then there was a phone number to call… fortunately when I called a woman picked up so that was positive and I was able to get into my room ..,I came to find out that this establishment doesn't even have a front desk… Also, I did not get an email stating what the code was to get into my room so it just felt like this hotel just doesn't have enough money...

"night check in clerk was great. gave us late check out because we arrived so late and we are choice members. Clerk in the daytime called at 10:45 AM and was rude and told us we need to leave - we should not have been told we could have late check out"

"Everything was fine except we had no tv. I tried calling and texting the number for the office but no answer. When you have someone with disabilities that can’t get out and walk around the tv is important. Finally the owner came in and tried to piece it together but no luck. She said they took a direct lighting hit and took out the internet. She told me she would give us a discount but I not seen it yet. I didn’t ask she volunteered. If you don’t mean it don’t say it. I’m not sure this Inn will...
