"Love the quaint town of Boerne; and the Kendall was icing on the cake. Staff was nice, room was clean, quiet accommodations and walkable to shops and eateries. We stayed in a court room next to the small pool. There are plenty of nice areas in a courtyard for guests to enjoy. Kendall steakhouse has really amazing upscale food which is just a little pricey; but we enjoyed every bite; the shrimp and grits was what I ordered. Would love to stay here again. "Great place to stay! We found this place by accident in 2025 and made our way back this year! Very reasonably priced and directly on the river. Shanty’s tubes is just across the street and you get in at the bridge—very convenient! We can’t wait to visit again!!"

"We were just passing through and our stay was very short. The property is okay. It is right off the highway and a little dated, but the rooms are well stocked and decently maintained for their age. The front desk agent was very welcoming and friendly. The reason for less than 5 star review is that the room smelled a little funky, fitted sheets were a little dingy, the extra blanket in the closet was stained and the television didn't get any channels because the input somehow got changed.
