"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Charleston WV. When arriving there was an event going on which did not impact my stay at all. I was in a room with no TV but a remote, I called front desk and they changed room instantly the only thing I had to carry everything back down to 1st get new key and go back to new room. The front desk attendant should have met me at room. I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely go back!"

"This place was amazing and a great place to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. We typically are not the type to “camp” so the dome gave us the feel of being outside with all the amenities.The location on the Greenbrier River was so peaceful and we loved the serenity of the overall, picturesque setting. "Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. "
