"The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!"

"The unit was nicely appointed, clean, pet friendly (at a reasonable rate), in the downtown area, where restaurants, specialty shops, and historic features were all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the amenities were sufficient for our needs. We will definitely book a stay here again."

"Parking was a challenge. We were blocked in by the Bistro patrons next door; however, the public parking is very close and only had to use it one night. The rest of the time we were able to park in the parking lot of the hotel."

"It is a one-star location, no other way to say it. Don't expect it to have clean floors, surfaces, etc. Sheets, toilet, and shower, were clean, but that was it. I would not think of placing anything I own on any surface."
