"Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food. "

"Everything matched the description. Clean and cozy. Was a little tight for family of four (kids 10/13). Perfectly sized for couple or family with littles and would highly recommend for beach location. "

"Just book it, especially if travelling with kids. This place has everything you need to feel at home. The arcade games were such an amazing touch to keep our 8 year old busy after running around all day... and you will be running around all day because you'll be close to everything. The hosts are amazing communicators and send an incredibly thourough guide and respond with promptness to any other questions. Hoping to get back sooner rather than later."

"Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . "

"Excellent communication as well as excellent property location. The rooftop view of the bridge and the river is something else for sure! You can't beat that view with a morning cup of coffee! We were celebrating our 11th anniversary and everything was amazing!"

"Tristian is very nice! Super communicative and the place is so cute. Very close to multiple restaurants and a short ride to the beach with a quick walk to the bay. Would definitely stay here again! House is well stocked and pet friendly. Our Ellie loved it as well! "
