"The gentleman working the front desk when checking in was awesome and very accommodating to my need for extra pillows due to a recent surgery, very happy and friendly...the room was extremely clean and the bathroom to. It was quiet especially for the beach. The only thing that was a turn off was the very quiet, grumpy individual who was at the desk in the early morning 430-5am with absolutely no personality or friendliness when going out across the street for breakfast and returning to the room....

It was very distressing for the employee. It seems like an impossible job and the hotel definitely needed to staff The position better. They had to turn people away for food and drinks. "
