Paul is responsive to questions and a pleasure to meet. It’s not often you meet the property owners, that was an added plus. We hope to stay again"

"This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. "

"Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs...
