"We like to usually come out here on a random weekday just to get away for a bit. We stayed in the eagle tower couple months ago didn’t have a good experience. But this time we stayed in the new buffalo towers after the remodel & it was very great! We loved it this time around, will continue to come out & enjoy ourselves. "

"We stay in Albert Lea occasionally and I’d consider this the best option. The value is excellent. Super convenient to I90 and I35, the water pressure in the shower is great and the breakfast is solid. Even if the room faces the interstate it’s not loud. Oh, and black-out, motorized window shades are a nice touch. "

Breakfast was a definite plus with different hot foods each day of our stay and multiple other breakfast choices including waffles, oatmeal with add-ins, fresh fruit, etc. Staff was very courteous and really liked that there was a private shuttle going to/from Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital. "The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night. "Rooms are newly remodeled and beautiful! The big take away was the staff is so friendly and amazing! Especially Lynn who is just the sweetest. She picked me up from the airport and drove me to the Mayo for my appointment. If you want to feel like you’re part of a family it is staying there! I will be staying with them again soon if I become part of a study at Mayo! Thanks for everything guys! "
