"Great gym area, nice breakfast. Loved the complimentary water and coffee. Only negatives were a lot of ants in the bathroom, and the walls are pretty thin. I could hear people talking and lots of stomping from the room above us. Thankfully I sleep with a sound machine which drowned it out at night."

"Hot tub not working and 10 minutes before breakfast ended I was told by the gal cleaning up that she’s closed and closed the door on me. If that wasn’t rude to a customer what is. It was too much I guess to grab a bagel. "

"The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night. "Room wasn’t clean/ dirty side tables. Check in is odd. 6pm check in and you pick up a phone and then staff come out to help. Turn on heat and it smelled like dust immediately. I didn’t have the nice floors in my room, but the carpet appeared pretty new. The view was 0 starts. My window opened to tire level of the parking lot. It was quiet, and the breakfast was as you would expect. Adequate for an unexpected stay. "
