"The property is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. Only down side was the pool was closed."

"Room was clean but had a lingering smell. Laundry room was dirty. Stairwell carpets were very dirty. Front desk help was often unavailable and cleaners who were in the area were trying to help with questions. Breakfast ended at 9:00. Due to our late arrival the evening prior, a bit later would have been beneficial for kids who needed more sleep."

"The place looked clean and new, but there were questions at each turn. Furniture with deep scars, missing edges. Toilet seats looking worse for wear. Stains on the curtains. The robust smell of carpet fresh in the room (what was it covering up?). Tin/shower combo was extremely slippery and I had to be very careful while using (no safety bars). Breakfast was decent. Based on all I experienced - can't recommend.0"

"I used to stay in Jackson when traveling for business, however I could not take the Hotels in that town, so Picked Worthington instead. Was 100 percent a good decision. Way nicer hotel, the food at breakfast was good, room was clean , staff was friendly. Much better choice than anywhere in Jackson to stay. Will stay here every time going for business from this point forward. Food was easy to find around the hotel for dinner and was a just a better experience then what I'm used too when having to...

"Very easy to check in when I arrived and the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was easy to find, very clean and even though the parking lot was full of cars, the halls were very quiet."

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. It seems that the night we stayed (June 26, 2026), there was a boy's little league baseball team also staying in the hotel. On the Friday night that we stayed the hotel's policy is that the pool is open until 11pm. That's fine. However, it seemed the entire team was out at the pool yelling and screaming until the pool closed, and then proceeded to run up and down the hallways until 11:30pm.
