"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"This was our third stay. We were unaware when booking the room of a major interior remodeling taking place that affected the restaurant and bar - two of the nicest assets of the hotel. This definitely impacted the quality of our stay. However, the front desk staff made a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant that served a very memorable dinner."
