"Great stay during graduation weekend on campus. We were appreciative of the small details-the grad goodie bag with a mini sparkling cider bottle, noise maker, candy, and small Kleenex that had a grad theme. They also had carnations that families could take for their grads. Very thoughtful. All staff was great! Breakfast that was included with our stay was great and included many choices. "The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night.
