"Hotel bom na região da escola Shattuck-St.Mary. A cidade não tem muitas opções de restaurantes, então ficar hospedado no GrandStay é uma vantagem pois há a cozinha completa no quarto."

During this sensitive of treatment at Mayo, Cindy the manager was so amazing and caring and checked in on me even gave me a big hug. Wow we felt great being at homewood thanks guys we’ll be sure to come back to visit! "

"We checked in with Jessica. Over the top friendly, informative, seemed to truly enjoy her job. Interactions with her several times always smiling and accommodating. Room key didn't work. She made new keys and came upstairs to make sure they worked. Lady from housekeeping on our floor greeted me, asked if I needed anything. Asked her about a blow dryer. Instead of telling me to go to the front desk, she said she would get me one. Again with a big smile and positive attitude. Great experience....

"Hotel localizado a 5 minutos da Mayo Clinic, também próximo ao Apache Mall, é muito bom. Atendimento é excelente, quartos são grandes e confortáveis. Minha única queixa é quanto ao café da manhã: apesar de o buffet ter uma boa variedade com frutas, cereais, bagel, waffles, ovos etc; alguns dias acabavam o estoque e não era reposto. Tinha uma máquina de pancakes, mas quase nunca estava funcionando. Em compensação, o transporte gratuito por shuttle do hotel é excelente, indo a pontos convenientes...

"It was right across the street from where I needed to be at the Mayo. I liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are great but we stayed less than 12 hours. "
