"This place was everything we needed. The location was the perfect combination of secluded but with accessibility to Marathon and Key West. The house had everything we needed. We loved the appliances, the bed, the shower and the wrap-around porch with the swing. And the people managing the property made our visit the best experience from booking to departure. Will book again!"

"The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food."

"I can't even put into words how pleased we were with this location. We were able to walk around at night and feel safe (saying a lot when it was 2 females feeling safe too). The beds were super comfortable. The home had everything we needed. I received a text and was able to reach the host if needed for anything. We will definitely be looking to go back in our future. "Excellent location - clean, quiet, well-kept community. Boat launch was key for us. Pool and beach looked very nice, but we didn't use. The unit is as described and has a nice patio out back that we used every day."

"$125.00 extra charge when arriving. Almost all the remotes needed batteries. Furniture was all shoved up against walls, everything needed to be set back up. Kayaks were under house buried under a massive amount of junk and covered with sand and debris. A/C worked on and off. A/c window unit drain poured water on steps down to sea wall making them very slippery all the time. May have been a very nice place years ago but really shows its age and poor maintenance. "This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything...

"The sliding door handle was broken off. The wall where the electric socket is soft abd the maintenance man said it needed to be replaced. They did come out and fix it."
