"Terrível. Chegamos as 17:00 e o quarto não estava disponível, aguardamos mais de meia hora para o check in em quarto precariamente limpo, havia cabelos pelo chão e não aceitaram devolver o dinheiro para procurarmos outro hotel. No dia seguinte, mesmo pedindo três vezes, desde o período da manhã, não limparam o quarto nem trocaram as toalhas. Atendimento péssimo, funcionários sem disposição para atender. Havia outros hóspedes reclamando e nada foi feito. "

"Favorite hotel stay! Greeted with a bag of goodies including 2 FREE water bottles! (I always bring my own because I don’t want to pay for the ones in the hotel room.) This kind gesture started my stay off well! Later that evening I went downstairs for decaf coffee, got a cup, and asked if they had a microwave to heat it up a bit. I like my coffee HOT!
